May 22, 2026: A small but important milestone today: I officially received the keys to the Lab. We spent the day moving equipment into the new space and taking the first steps toward building our research home at UGA.

There is still plenty of unpacking, organizing, and planning ahead, but I am looking forward to transforming the current chaos into a productive and welcoming laboratory.

A special thank you to Mike Terns for generously providing much of the equipment needed for a smooth start. Building a new lab truly takes a community, and I am incredibly grateful for the support.
